I am a licensed clinical psychologist with more than a decade of experience working with anxiety and obsessive compulsive spectrum disorders as well as related conditions like depression, eating disorders, body focused repetitive behavior disorders, and tics. I practice evidence-based treatment, which means combining the latest research-supported methods with individual needs and my clinical expertise to get the best outcomes possible. I use a specific type of treatment, called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), including variations like Exposure with Response (Ritual) Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I like to incorporate positive psychology practices, which have also gathered quite a bit of research support, into treatment as well. I believe that the combination of CBT and positive psychology provides a more robust treatment experience, not only targeting symptom reduction but also actively promoting well-being and the pursuit of a good life.
I have a small private practice in which I provide psychological services for individuals of all ages as well as other professionals. These services fall into two categories: Individual Therapy and Consultation.
